Conclusion.

In conclusion the Committee wish to place on record their very great appreciation of the services rendered by Mr. E.W. Pudney as Secretary and by Mr. Po Tat Choi of the Treasury staff, on whom has fallen the main burden of clerical work.

Nine meetings of the Committee were held but owing to illness, the Right Reverend Bishop Hall was unfortunately only able to attend the earlier

ones.
